Morehead State's Women's Track and Field team participated in another indoor meet of their season Saturday in the Chipotle Marshall Classic at Marshall University. 

The Eagles had two competitors place in the top 20 for the one mile run. Junior Maggie Kipe placed 16th with a time of 5:30.49. Junior Madison Pelfrey placed 18th with a time of 5:32.55.

In the 400 meter dash, MSU had four competitors place in the top 20, and two of them won their heats. Maya Andrews won her heat with a time of 1:00.88, and she placed 11th overall. Junior Emma Gundler won her heat with a time of 1:03.97 and placed 15th overall. 

Junior Olivia Chapman placed eighth in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:20 and freshman Abbey Mohan placed 11th with a time of 2:22. 

In the 200 meter dash, senior Maya Andrews placed seventh with a time of 2.56. Sophomore DaKorria Winstead placed 10th with a time of 26.90 and Dallas Jones, a sophomore, placed 14th with a time 28.06. 

During the 3,000 meter run the Eagles had two competitors place. Senior Sydney Young, placed 14th with a time of 11:37.14 and Freshman Olivia Cahill placed 15th with a time of 11:37.15. 

 MSU will race again in the OVC Indoor Championships, in Birmingham Ala., on February 26-27.
